Katherina Kühne introduces herself:
Hi, I'm Katherina! I came to yoga when I was looking for a way to strengthen my body and mind and make my life more balanced and fulfilling.
I started practicing yoga regularly and quickly noticed how my body changed and I felt stronger inside. I was inspired by the fact that yoga is more than just physical exercise, but also a profound practice for self-development.
After experiencing the positive impact of yoga on my own life, I completed a 200-hour yoga training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, as well as advanced trainings in Yin yoga and Inside Flow.
My teaching is characterized by a combination of correct alignment, breath work, and meditation that help to balance body, mind, and spirit. I believe that yoga is a valuable tool for health, well-being, and self-development, and I look forward to sharing this transformative practice with as many people as possible, as well as accompanying you on your yoga journey!
